About Ozark's.... 

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Ozark’s Famous BBQ!  We are a family owned and operated bbq restaurant that also offers catering services as well as wholesale meat orders.  We are located at 19696 Fraser Hwy, across from the Willowbrook Mall.  We open at 11:00 am for lunch with dinner starting at 4:00!

 All of our meat for the restaurant is custom cut here by the owners to ensure only the finest quality available to our patrons.   We have imported special BBQ’s from the Southern United States to bring to you “Real Southern BBQ”.  This allows us to slow cook and smoke our products to perfection.  We use different woods to achieve different flavours thus creating a smoke ring that will turn chicken, pork and even beef a pinkish color. 

 Our wholesale service offers a large variety of products ranging from custom cut steak orders to bulk bbq and salads.   Since we do all of our own cutting here, this allows us to pass this on to you.  We were the owners of Ozark’s Country Meats in the Peninsula Village Shopping Centre for 10 years before closing to open our first restaurant location in Langley.   We serve only the best of the best!  Everything is made from scratch from our potato salad to the “Award Winning” sauce that is on your ribs.

Our catering services are designed to work closely with you to help plan your event so that it is successful.  We specialize in southern BBQ catering as well as traditional events.  All of our food is cooked at our restaurant location and packed in special travelling containers that will keep food hot or cold for up to 5 hours.  This is most attractive to smaller companies and private parties who do not require any staff to serve for them.

 Ozark’s also provides full service catering and party planning services.  Our staff will not only serve your meal for you, we will set up and decorate your tables.  We can help you arrange for halls, tents, tables and chairs, place settings, flowers, DJs and bartenders.  All of our staff is professionally trained in Southern BBQ cooking and serving.

 We also take reservations for our restaurant dining room and patio.  If you would like to book a small or large party we will be happy to make a reservation for you.  For large groups we can arrange set menu’s or help you to develop your own personal menu for your guests if you are looking to do something a little different.
