I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Ozark’s Country Meats & Catering. We are a family owned and operated business with retail and catering services located at the Peninsula Village Shopping Mall in the South Surrey/White Rock Area. Our retail service has a large variety of products ranging from fresh meats and fine sausages to Southern Bar-B-Q products that are pre-cooked and ready for you to just heat and serve. Our catering services range from prepared meals for pick-up or delivery to full service for weddings, company picnics, private parties and much more.

Ozark’s catering services are designed to work closely with you to help plan your event so that it is successful. We specialize in Southern Bar-B-Q catering as well as traditional events. All of our food is cooked at our retail location and packed in special travelling containers that will keep food hot or cold for up to 5 hours. This is most attractive to smaller companies and private parties who do not require any staff to serve for them.

Ozark’s also provides full service catering and party planning. Our staff will not only serve your meal for you, we will set up and decorate your tables. We can help you arrange for halls, tents, tables and chairs, place settings, flowers, DJs and bartenders. We even bring our bar-b-q so that we can give you the aroma and feel of being at a real Southern Bar-B-Q. All of our staff is professionally trained in Southern Bar-B-Q cooking and serving.

Ozark’s catering menus range from Bar-B-Q pork or beef on a bun to Southern Style Ribs and Chicken with our “Award Winning” Ozark’s Famous Bar-B-Q sauce! Or if you prefer the more traditional style of catering, we have Prime Rib and Marinated Salmon just to name a few. Attached are menu choices and some sample menus that several companies have chosen. We would be happy to help you develop your own personal menu if you are looking for something a little different.
